    My weigh in for this week (1st week) 12/11/08 -6lbs :D:D:D

    OMG Fatblaster!, That is an amazing weight loss.

    Are you doing the 1200 plan? Would love to know as that is a really good loss.

    Hi Louale, yes 1200 cals a day and 5% or less fat. - Remember tho that you always get a bigger loss in the first week.
