Weekly YoYo

Hey,

So this week I was down .5lb... Bloody delighted considering the B/H weekend was bad, Paddys Day and Mothers Day rolled together is not good. Plus Ireland lost to England in the last 6 nations game of the season... was a bummer (not that we had a hope of winning it)

Anyway, rant over! Last week I was up 2.5lb so I'm 6lb off my stone and as I was kindly reminded in group tonight, there's only 2 weigh in's until Easter and I WILL lose it by then! Even bigger motivation is my future Sister-In-Law has lost half a stone in 2 weeks so I'm determined to lose the stone before her (bit of healthy competition never hurt anyone) she also got Slimmer of the Week!!!!


It's back to basics for me and the up last week gave me the kick up the backside I needed... All those weeks were I had 2/3 Chineses have finally come back to haunt me!!

Could really use some suggestions as to how I can shift this before Easter??? My downfall is munching at night time. Yes I eat fruit, I love it, but I just need something nice with low syns that will fulfill me!!

What about mini milk Lollys or strawberries and low fat vanilla mueller yoghurts? Toffee yoghurt and banana or use your milk healthy extra and make a smoothie . X
 
Howdy, Thanks for your suggestions... I tend to use my milk fort coffee... I know it's boring using my whole healthy extra on a cuppa but I don't think I can survive without my coffee.


I have to give up work due to child care reasons so until I find a part time job money is going to be tight and if I have to borrow of every tom, dick and Harry I won't miss a class but shopping wise I'm going to be working off a budget
 
That's true I am terrible for counting my milk correctly and end up having too add it in as a syn x
