    Found these in Tesco this week - they only had the white chocolate one's but they were really nice & they are on offer - 2 packs for £2, synned them up and they are 3 1/2 each, doesn't say yet if you can have them as a HEX though

    I dont think I get the syns calculator lol.
    Does oats count as grains on an EE day?

    I put the values per 100g in and the portion size as 30g ang got this

    1 Syn per package/portion on Extra Easy 1 Syn per package/portion on Green 4½ Syns per package/portion on Original
