A few days later than usual as I'm on placement for a month and won't be able to get weighed during the week...

Anyway I lost 6.5lbs, and am really pleased with that. I'm 2.5lbs off 2 stone, so really good going.

I dont really come on here much now as I find a lot of the comments on here very negative, so well done to everyone on their journey so far and good luck for the future

I will be back from time to time to update my losses but just for my own pacification really...
