Lost 3.2 lbs this week, short of my 3 week target by 4 lb, but I am still not cheating and feel pretty good and strong minded.
 
Well done!

I had a similar loss, with 3.5llbs off this week and I have also stayed on plan.

I'm happy with that as it's a move in the right direction! Hopefully I'll get a similar loss for the week ahead.

Also I'm 21% towards my ultimate weight goal :)
