It will come off hun dont worry about that. You're body is getting used to having to burn calories through exercise again...especially if you havent done anything before. Its a shock to the system.
Im sure that you will have lost inches though? I have recently gone from a size 20 to and 18 just by going to the gym and working out.
Hi Michaela, don't worry. When I started going to the gym, I stayed the same for 2 weeks and was getting a bit desperate, but I started losing weight again from the 3rd week.
