have got to try and lose 3 this week.

Our consultant told us last night that she is leaving in a couple of weeks - aparantly they are changing things and stuff is going to be done electronically??? Don't know whether someone will be carrying the group on or not?

Typical, only joined 3 weeks ago too!

yup everything at sw is going electronic - new scales that have got a swipe card system where every member gets their own personal card with their weights/gains, weeks missed etc, dunno how it'll go down with the members but i think its a good idea
