well, i can understand how you feel, we have all been there too!
To be totally honest, i would treat myself to the choccie bar, (and maybe a glass of wine or two!!) and then get back on track tomorrow, we all need a treat every now and then, hang on in there though xx

Bless you don't feel too down just get back on it tomorrow and try do your 1/2 lb thsi week. Try an change of what you eat cos sometimes that can make you feel better

or bless ,its so frustrating ,when this happens no how u feel tryed so hard this wk stuick to it &only lost a1b in the past when ive sts have thought sod it and indulged hope u have agr8 result next wk hun
