    Well 2lbs off this week.....mmm....was hoping for more as I have been ill, then I remembered...this time last week I was filling my face with biscuts:doh: so this week....

    Back up to 5ltrs of water.....
    No bars just soup/shakes....
    Back to the gym......

    I WILL DO 6LBS FOR THE FEB CHALLENGE.....AND FOR ME;)
