    :sigh::sigh::sigh::sigh: <<<< Says it all i think?!
    Busted my gut this week with excercise and not cheated! Also started Green tea, was having a good 3-4cups a day, so was kind of hoping for a little more than a 1lb loss...but after all a loss is a loss right?
    I would love to blame it on my totm, but last totm i still managed 3lbs? hmmmm :confused:
    Anyway..will be giving it my all this week to hopefully make my October target! :)

    Its true tho! You are doing great! :) Its my first day of 3 tablets and it's going ok thanks, better than I thought it would, its the keeping it up thats going to be the hardest part :) I will get there in the end xxxx

    Good gald to hear it :) Trust me hun, if I can do this, anyone can! :p
    On a serious note, i really am a firm believer now that unless your mind is ready, your body wont be either..Just put it in your mind that you will lose the weight and you will :D Im sure you will do brilliantly!
    So will you be weighing in on a Thursday like me? xxx

    I dont get weighed til next month, nurse said to come back in a month??? Do you think I should weigh at home or use same scales all time at doctors?? Thanks for the sound advice will definatly take it onboard xx

    Well done you :happy096: Dont be dissing yourself for *only* losing a pound. All those pounds and up in the end you know ;)

    I get weighed once a month at my Drs ( we all do as far as I'm aware), but I also weigh myself once a week on my scales, can be hard not to hop on the scales every day ( I seriously don't recommend you do :rolleyes: lol). Just remember that no 2 scales will ever weigh you the same,
    things like floor surfaces can have an effect on how accurate the scales are.

    Exante TS was using Xenical and eating low fat and low cal. Exante baby!!!
    :hug99:aww c'mon Fru hun,i bet its just one of these weeks where the scales hardly move,and then next week really makes up for it :)

    you've still lost hun,which is soooo much better than putting it on like i did :D i like to look at my losses in terms of packs of lard...so you've lost a pack of lard,seems it a lot now doesnt it?!...have you measured yourself?

    you can do this hun!..i know you can :)
    think of all them glam undies we're gonna get :D

    Chala like ali said we all get weighed monthly i assume, but i like to weight myself weekly aswell in Boots :) I guess its just a personal choice really xx

    Ali thanks alot hun, im no longer beating myself up! I will just do better next week ;) xx

    Bunny hun thats a great way to look at it! So true :) Heres to hoping the whoosh fairy does visit next week! ;) xxx

    was on Slim Fast but changed to Slimming world and Xenical
    oh hun. chin up, at least its a pound off than a pound on.....

    it could be anything, from how much you drank to waht you have eaten and how fast your system is working, and also muscles....

    try not to let it get you down, and im sure you will get through those pounds within no time!

    1lb loss is fab, don't beat yourself up about it!! Sometimes exercise can affect our weight and often people find they will lose inches rather than pounds, have you measured yourself??
