All sorts of things happen. SOme gain, if TOTM, or if have been badly constipated - some stay the same....I have had weeks where I have only lost a couple of ounces. ANd I had not lapsed at all.

Its just the way it is.

Thing is, if you are following the plan - 100% which I assume you are, then you have no reason to worry - even if you have a teeeeeny loss for 2 weeks running - you STILL will lose it in the end.

Follow the plan, relax, trust and have faith!! It is working!!! :) :)

Look at my record below for example - smallest loss was 0.3 pounds and the largest was 7.5 pounds - and everything in between. And I do nothing differet - every single day is exactly the same. SO you can see how it fluctuates. :)
