Weighing in - anyone still here?

Have started using avidlite shakes along with the occasional caffe latte cs shake so i'm not sure he i really still belong here, but never mind. Anyway, i'm weighing in this morning at 10st 8 lb, a loss of 1.5 lbs, not bad considering the pieces of chocolate, 2 glasses of wine and half portion of curry i had this weekend. I'd love to see what i could do he i stuck to it 100%. Oh, if only i had the willpower! I promise i'll really try this week.

Im still here. Had a slip up this week and went out for an italian so i thought i would have STS, but just got on the scales and i've somehow managed to loose 5lb this week!!! Im really pleased.

I've been on the diet for 3 weeks and lost 12lb and 1.5 inches off my waist, still got a long way to go but im getting there.

Well done, feels great to get a loss you're not expecting isn't it. We just have to make sure we don't take it for granted. I have been 100% so far and hope to do so all week. Hols in 6 weeks so i want to do as well as possible.

How's the 100% going and what are the avidlite shakes like? Do they taste as nice as the celeb slim ones?

avidlite taste miles nicer, are cheaper and less carbs.

I ordered some avidlite shakes just over an hour ago and i've just got an email saying they've been dispatched, so good service so far. I plan on adding some whey protein to them to increase the calories and protein to the same level thats in the CS mens shakes, but keeping the carbs at about half. I've got 2 weeks worth for about the same price as one week of CS so if they work as good i'll be very pleased.

what whey are you using?!

I use Impact Whey Protein from myprotein. Im planning on adding around 15g to each shake. Which should contain no more than 60 calories, 0.9g carbs and 12g protein.

Got my avidlite shakes this morning. The chocolate one isn't bad but the banana one made me wanna throw up. I think CS shakes taste alot nicer, but im gonna give the avidlite ones a chance cos their cheaper and have less carbs.

Does Avidlite actually work. I have just ordered some Avidlite meal replacement shakes. Do you have one for breakfast, lunch and dinner and that is it? Do you go into ketosis?
