weighing in at different times

hi there :D
I work days and nights, so although i weigh in at about 6pm on thursday, sometimes i have just woken up after a sleep day (following night shift) so its sort of like weighing in in the morning, but with the usual night shift icky bloated feeling. i worry this will play havoc with the numbers.
So, my question is, should i just weigh in on wednesday 6pm ( a day early but just a normal day) or shall i wait til thurs biut weigh in after getting up. i so desperately need to lose this week as last two weeks havent been that great!

I think what you should do is make a note of what you weigh. For 4 weeks weigh yourself and again just write down what you weigh.

At the end of the 4 weeks compare your start and finish weights (if you want divide by 4 to get your weekly average). That way you don't get despondant at 'bad' results which have just been caused by your body clock etc xxx
