Weight gain is making me panic

I lost 2.5 stones last year with SW and have since just been trying to maintain my weight. Over the last few months, it has been creeping up and up again and am now nearly half a stone more than I was last Summer. I'm not doing anything differently and my clothes all fit but this weight gain is making me panic. I know it's not a lot to gain and it's only the odd pound over a week, but I don't understand it and the lack of control is what's frightening! I'm terrified of gaining it all back when I eat salad every day at work and avoid cake etc. I do allow myself treats at the weekend because otherwise life would be SO dull, but I still don't eat a lot, and I go jogging three times a week. Has anyone else found that they gain weight for no apparent reason? I'm wondering whether it has something to do with menopause (I'm 52). :confused:

You need to make sure you eat enough calories and do you keep track of measurements ?

When did you start jogging?

And yes it could be something to do with the menopause. :)
