Weight Gain??

Hi, I've just completed my first week of the diet and have felt really good, that is until I stepped on the scales this morning :cry:
weight gain!! I haven't cheated once, I've been drinking my 2-3l of water as well as my coffee(black), herbal tea. I've had a few diet cokes so am wondering if that's the reason? I did LighterLife 10 years ago and I wasn't allowed coffee or diet coke. I've been unsuccessful at other diets,and knew this form of diet worked for me in the past. I've got 6-7 stone to lose, so I'm desperate- suggestions please x
 
Don't drink diet coke. It has citric acid and will keep you out of ketosis. It shouldn't affect your losses though.
 
good luck - c you've already got the answer to the diet coke~! apparently you can have coke zero and other drinks - see the sticky on "what can i drink" to get the list!

Best of luck, don't give up, start again tomorrow with no diet. Coke :)
