Just wondered if anyone else has had this, I have been on cd ss for 12 weeks I know I have done well but, the past 3 weeks have only lost 3 lbs this week doing 810 and nothing, i really want to move up but not losing on ss or 810 makes me a bit worried, should I up the exercise as I am not really doing any? was thinking of switching to ww for the last bit but so worried I will put on, does your body get used to so little calories?

you are doing so well , the losses do slow down as you get closer to goal ... but yo have still lost 38 lb in 12 weeks .. which is fantastic !!! I reckon if you just keep going for another week or two you will get to goal before yo know it then maybe use WW to maintain ?
I felt the same as you , I got to 1.5 stone from goal .. and suddenly found it tough and my losses were rubbish so I came off and tried SW .. I managed to loose a little but in the end I maintained for 12 weeks .. which was far better than gaining , but I am now back on CD to try and get to goal THEN go back to SW to maintain .
I have found that doing TFR has slowed my metabolism so loosing on SW was tough for me .. but it is different for everyone .. if you can manage another few weeks then do WW .. I think you will do well :)

personally (and from experience), not working up the plans at the "end" can be the downfall!

From your stats, you have lost 8lbs in 3 weeks (Unless its not up to date?) which is bloody impressive. You thought about going back to SS for another couple of weeks?

If you want to come off CD, then work up the plans over the next few weeks and THEN go to WW/SW hun

    whatever you choose, god luck

    xx

thanks guys my stats are pretty much up to date bar week 12 which seems to be a sts so 3lbs in 3 weeks, just getting impatient I guess, will try to stick to 810 for 2 weeks, I suppose its just that when your doing a vlcd and its blooming expensive and your loses are 1lb/2lb sts its disheartening, sorry for moan I know I have done so well and so happy to have lost the bulk :)

I would feel the same if I were you. Have you thought about going back to SS/SS+ to lose the remaining weight? I will stay on SS for as long as I can and really don't want to move up the plans because of the slow down in weight loss.

I think its because your are close to goal and you have'nt got much to lose ! Maybe try to up excersice going swimming or a fitness class . I would stick to cd plan and the ww to maintain once your at goal .
