Hi,
I'm Jo, 33 from Bristol. I really need to loose 2 stones worth of baby weight. My oldest is 3 and my youngest is 5months and not lost the weight from my 1st! I also stopped smoking when pregnant do just bumped it on! I've nvr really stuck to a diet before, so Must keep motivated. I've started to do Zumba on my wii so fingers crossed that will help
If any one around in a similar position it would b great to have a buddy

Hi jo, im Jo 31 from Bristol to, currently living over the severn Bridge in Chepstow but still working in Bristol. Im trying to lose 3 stone by july for my holidays and im 3 weeks into the diet now.

Great name btw I've nvr actually tried to loose this amount of weight before! I guess that's why I managed to creep ip to 15st 11!! Dead on 15st this wk, so right direction. Ideally I'd like to loose 3st by sept as going back to work after maternity leave but it v daunting! How r u getting on? Ever tried to loose this amount before?
