    I started weight watchers yesterday, doing it by myself too as i dont have enough money or time to go to meetings so here goes! I hope everyone can keep me right, I'm aiming for 20 points a day

    Day One
    Toast : 2
    Peanut Butter : 2

    Apple : 1

    Sushi : 5
    Boots Crispy Bar : 2

    Weight Watchers Curry : 4.5
    Cucumber : 0

    Cup of Blueberries : 1

    Half an Hour cross Trainer

    Total 19.5


    Day Two
    Pancake : 3
    Honey : 1

    Cup of Blueberries : 1

    Banana : 2

    Wrap:5
    Crispy Bar : 2

    Half a subway cookie - oops..:cry:2.5 points

    Weight Watchers Sphag Bol - 3.5
