weight loss from bmi of 29 or even less?

I was wondering about peoples losses from bmis of less than 30, whether you started with that bmi or have passed it now?
Ive been stuck with a bmi of 29 for ages now (from 36) and restarting from here, I'm hoping I can still see some good losses! I lost 13lbs in my first 2 weeks when I was 3 stone heavier.

Hi, my Bmi was 29.8 when I started just over 11 days ago, it's now 27.6 I know if it drops below 25 I'll need to do working solutions, after I have picked myself up from the floor with shock of being in the 'normal' range!!!
