Weight loss on RtM

I have just started out on RtM on Sunday and am wondering about fellow RtM'ers weight loss experience.

My councillor tells me that you should be the same weight at the end as you are at the start.

Sure I have read on previous posts of RtM'ers losing significant poundage.

Anyone back this up or dispell into the figments of my imagination :confused::confused::confused:

I think initially, we lose - in the first few weeks - then as more food is intorduced and glycogen levels increase we put on a bit - not much - just as expected. Thereby ending up near where we began.

I am only on week 4 myself. Week one, I gained 2 pounds but had been on heavy course of pain pills for 8 days: i.e.constipation ;) Week2, I lose over 5 pounds. Week three gained 5 ounces. So you can see its al over the show for me!

Hi there. I'm just back from my class after completing week 3 and have lost a very minimal amount, as I did last week. So far I've lost about 2lbs in RTM. I doing think I'm overdoing it a bit, not with the wrong foods as I am sticking to the weeks plan but I think my portion sizes can be a bit off at times. I had a good chat with the locum tonight who reminded me I can't be going too far wrong as I'm still losing a very small bit and after all, it's now about maintaining. I actually only want to lose another measley 1lb which I think I will be able to do over the next few weeks. I'm also about to get my butt into gear again and get the exercise up so we'll see where that leads me.
