weight loss tailing off - advice needed

Over the last three weeks I have only lost about 5lbs - this week it is 1lb although my weigh in is not until Friday morning so it may be slightly higher. I will be way off the target of losing 1 stone a month. I have been very strict and done either SS or SS+, the only thing that I might have done is have a little bit of extra lettuce of cucumber with my chicken but have eaten no carbs or any of the other forbidden foods so don't understand why my weight loss is low. Am beginning to feel hungrier on some days but will only eat a little bit of chicken rather than something "naughty".

Any advice on how I can boost the weight loss and get back to the 3 or 4 lbs a week loss?

Water ok?? Totm?? Constipation??

Maybe try doing 810 for a week as your body might be protesting and going into famine mode. If you do something unfamiliar it can kick start it.

thanks for your speedy replies - I will really try and up my water. I am so busy with work and kids that I sometimes struggle to drink any more than the 4 pints minimum so perhaps this might help. Constipation can be an issue sometimes so better try that dulcolax again!

What does 810 mean? Where do i find the info on what to do?
You really should be drinking minimum of 2.25 litres (in addition to shakes, black tea/coffee) so I'd say the water is a factor in your losses.

810 is the 810kCal program where you have 3 CDs and a small meal (chicken/fish and veg/salad). Works well if you need to eat something. It's similar to SS+ (but with a slightly bigger meal and you aren't in Ketosis anymore).
