I have been following slimming world for 5 weeks first two week I lost 2lb each week then I lost a 1lb then another 2lb but although I ate less and did exercise more I stayed the same this week. Anyone any ideas what I can do to get back on track.
 
Sometimes that just happens. You'll have weeks where you do everything right but you'll just not lose. But also, it depends how much less you've eaten and how much more you've exercised. It's possible that you've not eaten enough this week and that's why you haven't lose anything. Just keep going though, make sure you're eating enough and you'll lose again, just don't let this throw you off track.
 
Don't give in hun, like Caroline said it sometimes just happens. Is it your lady time? Because I usually stay the same or only lose 0.5lb when it's my time. Just carry on like normal and see how your weigh in goes, if you haven't lost again you are best talking to your consultant and ask for her advice. x
