Weight to Go?

Is anyone else out there doing Weight to Go as a VLCD? I just started on Monday and am looking for some support and encuragement - I know there's a thread elsewhere, but it seems to be dying if not quite dead: posts every few months with people asking if it's still live (when thy're no talking about LL!)

It's my first experience of meal replacement - my gut tells me that the weight might come off, but it'll shoot back on, and my heart tells me that I need to do something that works fast to get me started this time. I have about eight stone to lose, so I need a little lift for what's going to be a very long journey. That's my excuse, anyway!

you can always hang out with the guys on cambride or exante, everyone on very low cal have similar experiences

you lose weight fast on this vlc you just have to stick with it. Ive lost 2 stone in 6 weeks, thats quick =) enough for me

Well, I ended up getting glandular fever at the beginning of the year and the diet went out of the window completely! The I went on holiday and put on 10lbs
Since then I am really struggling to get back into WTG. I had lost over 30lbs

But I'm trying again ( again) as of today. They have changed the veggie meals now and only one of them if vaguely edible though:(

Is anyone else still trying WTG?

Hi there!

I started w2g almost two weeks ago-I must admit I was sucked in by a shopping channel, but I thought I'd give it a whirl.

I ended up buying the vegetarian option pack-and must say I really like all of the meals-although I opted out of the mushroom strogonoff as it looked awful! I'm not strictly a vegetarian - but usually opt for the veggie choice-but think I will try a few 'meat' meals next time!

I found it really difficult at first but Iost 4lbs in the first week-a pretty good start! Here's hoping for Friday's weigh in ;)

You'll have to let me know how you get on-would be great to have someone to update with!
