Weight watcher/calories counting/think thin diet.

Thank you. Had a healthy day today :) prepared a smoked salmon crustless quiche for my lunch at work tomorrow so I'm not dping too bad. How are you getting on?xx
 
Been on a two day spa break in which I totally over indulged but I am starting afresh today.
Feeling good, trying to be confident and positive so here we go x
 
Been good today. Had 1461 calories in total. No exercise as I've been at work all day (on my feet)
Brekkie- 40g of shreddies.
Lunch- ww chicken soup and 2x ww bread
Snack- maltesers
Dinner- nume chicken korma ready meal
4 squares of bourneville.

Bit more chocolate than id hoped but craved it but don't feel too bad as I am below my 1500 calories

Just had the nicest lunch, smoked salmon and scrambled eggs on toast- was yum- all for 488 calories!xx
 
I love that soup! How many calories do you aim to eat a day? Today my diary says I will have eaten- if I stick to it 1412 x
 
That's still good. I'm pleased I didn't go over 2000, that's what I had been eating so today I'll try have 1400 xx
 
With my tea I will have had 1380 so mine is much better then yesterday. I heard you had to change the amount you ate everyday anyway. Aren't sure if that's true x
 
You must eat your dinner really early! How do you survive the evenings?
