Green Days Weight Watchers Bread Help

Just wondering if I can still use the Weight watcher thick sliced brown bread 400g as one of my choices? And is this two slices?

do you mean the thick sliced whole meal weight watchers bread.ive had this and it is quite thick and does taste like proper bread uuum good question seems quite thick so not sure if it would be healthy extra b.
hope fully someone can find out on here pleeeeaaasseee
