My wife and I are going to start the weight watchers pro points diet but we dont know how many point we are allowed. I am male, 32, 6 foot 1inches and weigh 18st 6lbs. My wife is 35, 5 foot 10 inches and weighs 16st 6lb. Does any one know how to work out the pro points
