I only lost 3lbs too, but at least its 3lbs off and not on. Am trying very hard to be very good at the mo. Some days better than others but am still in the black on points, so thats positive. Why is it tho that basically as soon as I start eating, I seem to get hungrier and hungrier, whereas if I don't start, I'm ok? Very puzzling
