Am off to joint WW this evening. Lost 3 stone with Cambridge last year but ill health and hospitalisation forced me to come off and so of course the weight (and a bit more) came back

Am feeling very depressed about size at mo (over 20 stone, not good) so need some support.

Will come back everyday to see whats happening. Wish me luck

Tracy:rolleyes:

I tried CD recently - managed to do 3 days before I came off it - decided to join WW on Monday so now on Day 3 and finding it ok..
One thing has opened my eyes though - I went through my fridge and pointed all the food in there - lean Steak mince - 25 points a pack.......:eek: On Slimming World I would have thought nothing of eating that in one meal no wonder I haven't lost any weight.....:D

hi chelle

i did Lighterlife and lost 4stone and lost a further 18lbs with cambridge but i found i couldnt maintain the loss, i also went back to my old eating habits so all the weight plus more came back on...i did LL again in feb just to get a stone off before i went on holiday but couldnt wait to get off it as i didnt enjoy it....i have seen people lose weight on WW so i thought i would give it another go as i tried years ago but the leader was rubbish, this time around i have alot more confidence in the plan and the leader, its my first weigh in tomorrow and i am feeling quite positive !!

Hi Chelle

How's your day going so far? WW is the best diet I've found so far, especially when you have lots of points to use - it seems too good to be true!!!

Oh ... Hello by the way :ashamed0005:!!
