I dont know if this is the right place to be posting this but didnt know what it would come under?
I weighed myself at Boots today but what i am wanting to know is, how much should i take off for clothes? I was wearing jeans, top, fleece jacket and trainers? Any help would be appreciated!

not sure what to count for your 'outfit' but when i was going to ww classes i always wore the same clothes so it made no difference from week to week.
now at home its naked!!
yeah, i'd have done it naked but i think Boots would have been over-run by heart attack victims!! lol I just wanted to know what my 'true' weight was!
