weightloss diary help!! :)

hi ladies, im new to site so please let me no if doing anythign wrong lol... think im posting in right place :S....

abit about me :) .... iv recently had another baby 6 weeks ago :) and want to start slimming world again, i did it 4 years ago when i had my first son and managed to lose 2 stone so really excited to start again... im hoping to lose roughly 3 stone, and im currently at 13 stone and im 5"4... i am currently breastfeeding and understand that i can have 3 more healthy extras! i have wrote out a food plan for the week and i just wondered if any of you lovely ladies can tell me if im doing it right until i go to my first meeting as i no things have changed since i last did it... heres todays that iv done...

breakfast -
2 x poached egg 0 syns
2 x wholemeal toast ( these wer 36g each so assuming it will be 1.5 heb?? )
baked beans 0 syns

lunch -
mexican rice 0 syns
veg 0 syns
egg 0 syns

snacks -
2 x muller light yogurts 0 syns
baby bel light hea
1 tsp sugar 1 syn
2 x softmints 2 syns
3 jacobs crackers 1.5 each.....4.5 syns
light philladelphia hea
28g mild chedder hea
250ml semi skimmed milk hea
4 low cal sweetners 0 syns

It feels like ive done nothing but eat today lol and iv added my total syns which come to 7.5 syns... have i done this right as dont want to make any mistakes, hope its not too confusing lol... also if im breastfeeding am i ok only havinbg 6.5 syns or have i got to have the full 15, thankyou very much xxx
