Well its been awhile since iv been on here weight and stuff may have changed i was on here
a few months ago whilst i was doing exante and decided i needed food in my life and
piled a hell of a lot of weight back on!
enough was enough bought my herbalife... i have all together
cookies and cream f1
banana f1
fibre and herb tablets
multivitamin tablets
lemon tea
i trialed this for one day on thursday to see how it went and so surprised how full i was in the evening i had chicken cooked in orange
juice... recipe off herbalife on youtube and cucumber iv got some protein bars and started fully today as i went out friday and knew i wasnt going to be doing it on a hangover...
few questions how do you lot make your shakes... i tried ice i didnt like blending it with ice and everyone puts different amounts of milk in i use red top milk.... also massive question did you all have scoops in your F1 i havnt but i have one of them herbalife spoons... is this spoon enough milkshake powder with two level big spoon fulls thank you in advance!!!!
