WELL 20 WEEKS IN.......

Well like the title says, i have been on SS for the past 20 weeks and have lost a total of.......

5stone 13.5pounds

I actually cant bloody believe it!!!

I cant believe i have got 4stone 0.5pound till i am actually at my final goal it it doest seem like it will be that long till i actually get there either.

i just wanted to share that with you all and to anyone who is starting out or thinking its not for you, keep going because it will be the best decision of your life and with will power and minimins you will be able to go all the way till goal.
