im well chuffed had cod in batter for lunch with salad and it was sooooo nice, been told it was 7 for it but im goin to aim for 9 just to on safe side, i no that will fill me rest of day and i will not need dinner
wil have a bowl of cheerios and slice of toast before bed maybe.. iv even 2 points saved after havin that lovely cod
