I plan on starting the Exante diet tomorrow, after reading mixed reviews. Just one question, do I need a food blender for shakes?

Any other tips would be appreciated.

No the shakes mix up pretty well with cold water and just a good shaking Sue. I use a stick blender for soups though. Good luck today.

The ready meals taste better if they are cooked on the hob in my opinion as I've found some of the meals boil over in the microwave if you follow the packet instructions! X
