Went out last night as antisipated and ended up in Chilli's.
Look through the menu trying to decide what to have and ended up with grilled chicken and salad - ok so the chicken and saled were in a pita covered in ceasar dressing and sprinkled with parmasan cheese and there was a side order of chips, but it was soooooo good. didn't manage to eat it all and I swallowed it down with water.
This morning I'm not remotelly hungry so I'm just going to guzzle water all morning to try flush out as many of those carbs as poss and skip breakfast.
Back on the sole sourse today and then I was stay SSing until 15th December when we're off to Centre Parcs (will probably SS most of hte weekend and have one meal out.
So, I don't feel guilty and I really enjoyed my meal. Not sure if I loose this week, but at the end of the day I've managed to loose 1 stone in 3 weeks so far so I'm happy
