Well i joined

    I had a realy nice evening, its only a small group but they seem lovely and the leader was very welcoming. I have been shopping today and bought all the bits and bobs i need so i am feeling very positive.

    I am on a red day today and heres what i have eaten and what i am planning to eat:

    strawberries, mango and pear and yoghurt
    2x ryvita (heb), laughing cow cheese, salad, crabstix and ham
    Chicken drumstix
    2 morrisons diet sausages, bacon, egg mushroom and toms, & 2 slices nimble (HEB)
    350ml skimmed milk through the day
    oh and mango with low fat fromage frais, a drop of vanilla essence ansd sweetner

    how does this sound
    it sounds like loads but as far as i can tell its all free food and he's so hopefully its ok.

    Hi Busy, and welcome. I am new too, but did diet a few years ago.
    I loove red days. Often feels "naughty" eating so much, but it does work,

    That sounds great.

    My consultant last night said to make sure you are having between 5 and 15 syns each day. There are members at my group who dont ave great sccesses if they dont get the yns in each day too.
