well i went on holiday.......

Just thought i would let you know how i did after a weeks holiday off ll


have been on ll now for 2 months and had lost 2 stone
my hubby had booked a holiday 5 star all inclusive and i was a bit reluctant on what to do
Well............
I ate salads every day,fish,meat ect
i ate no carbs
i drank alcahol every day
I came back and went staright on the food packs(no bars) and it wasnt hard at all. I had a rough day agen on the 4th day but no where near as bad as the first time i went into ketosis!!
I weighed after the 5th day when i went to get my foodpacks and can you believe it i actually lost a pound!!!
I am so chuffed!!
So now on my way to lose my last stone and had a fab week away...........

fantasic work and well done to you. Sounds like you made an adult decision, stuck to it and so are getting back into the swing of things. Good luck for the last stone.

That's brill. The same happened to me after a two week holiday. The women in my group did lock me in stocks for the whole evening after the weigh in though... :)

Well done you, i am going on holiday on week 13! having lost 3 stone with one to go. I don't think i will have your will power and fully expect to put on!
