After amazing weight loss back in the summer of 2011 with the aid of Lipotrim, Ive found my weight
creeping back up.
Ive 3 stones to lose and Im hoping it will take 5-6 weeks.
I'll put up my fat face in a while then see how I look again in a month :)
This time I've dragged my fiancee along with me and its her first time on this diet.
We all know its tough, but if you are strict then the result will come as part of the course.

Hi Nathan, I'm a returner did 6 weeks tfr lost just over 2stone. Taken off for medical reasons and doing 2 shakes 1 meal ish for a week or 2 and perhaps back on tfr for a couple of weeks.

Good luck for Monday and get your fiancée to join.

Hi Joanie. Nathan's got me on board and day 1 is nearly done and not been too bad at all. Bit of a shock with TFR but I'm determined
Starting weight: 166lb
Weight loss goal: 1 1/2 to 2 stone. See how I go...

Ah Joanne not much to lose tfr could have that off in a month.

Tgr is tough for perhaps day 1-5 then it is much easier than other diets. Take plenty of water and paracetamol for any heafache, you're breaking the sugar and carb addictions. There are some fab sticky posts on tips and hints on how to get through the first few days.

Oh and take before pics nothing like it for motivation..
