Well Im definitely out of ketosis

    I had my first planned night out in 7 weeks last night. we went for thai so i had chicken satay to start but i asked for the sauce on the side and then didnt eat it. i had the warm thai beef salad for main course so i didnt go mad on the food. i had a glass of wine though with dinner and 3 g&slt's over the course of the evening with a sparkling water in between each one. thats when i should have gone home but no i met up with hubs then and had 2 more glasses oc wine but didnt join in in his 3am kebab stop. Damage i think is about 2 lbs up and the ketostix are telling me my fall out of ketosis was immediate. What's done is done and Im back on the wagon first thing this morning. my stomach is in knots though and shake i had isnt the fry that i actually want and Ive the keto flu to look forward too for the coming days. had a brilliant night though. Remind me of that when im puking on Tuesday!

    Well done on resisting all the food. The drink would of knocked you out of ketosis but the 2lb is fluid weight not fat so don't worry. It will be gone by Tuesday. I had the same thing last week. I put on 3lb, was gone by Tuesday and I still managed to lose 4lb this week. Stick with it and be 100% now and you'll be fine. Just keep up with the water and flush it all out. X

    I went out of ketosis on Thursday night, had a kebab, back into ketosis saturday afternoon, I've lost the weight I put on. Didn't feel unwell going in and out of ketosis.

    yeah i had a good day today, just suffered the hangover. i was mad for a big bowl of crunchy nut cornflakes this evening but i resisted. im going to bed now to keep myself out of trouble.

    Just checked there and im definitely back in ketosis. that was quick. it will be interesting to see now how long it takes to get the weight gain off. Madness really for a couple of drinks.
