i gained 1.5lbs :eek: must admit with what i have eaten this week i was expecting more, just need to get myself back on track which i am finding a bit difficult at the moment
 
I am on half term tomorrow and have found this week really hard to cope with as I am so so tired and excited about my brothers wedding. I know that when I get back though, I have to get into it again - with my goal being going to Malaysia in 10 weeks time.

Have you got a goal you can set your mind to to help you get back on track?

thanks all, i am going to try and follow one of the menu plans for the week and hopefully get back on it,
no i dont have any goals to look forward to so cant get motivated that way
