I would recommend that you just stick to the little 'Extra Easy' book in your pack for guidance - its easier than confusing yourself with green/red days. Remember to only have 1 A and 1 B - although I have often struggled to use my B choice as I tend to have yogurt and fruit for breakfast and Im not a big sandwich fan.

As HellieCopter said - it is like having the old feeling of 'surely I can eat ALL this can I?' I have done SW before in the past and this is the first time I have rejoined and felt like that.
