    had my first weigh in this morn and i have lost 8 pounds:D so i am pleased. i spoke with my cdc and we agreed for me to try the 790 this week and see how i get on. I just hope that i dont put any of that 8 pound back on, i really just did not feel like i was running at full tilt if you know what i mean. So i am mentally planning what i am going to have tonight and pray i dont O-D on food!!

    well done on your loss. You wont put any weight back on if you stick to 790, you should still get good losses (12lb a month or so)

    :tear_drop:Excellent start..well done.:D Stick to 790 and you will not gain..don't forget the water. Still need to drink loads:tear_drop::tear_drop::tear_drop:

    Well done on your loss!! Im on 790 and I love it, really suits me and to be honest Ive noticed that theres not a lot of difference between my losses and people on ss (and Ive cheated quite a bit).
