Welsh cakes

I've just come back from a lovely holiday in Wales and have brought back some Welsh cakes which I love. The packaging doesn't have any nutritional info on it though so I was wondering whether anyone knows the calories/syns in an average welsh cake?

mmm I love Welsh cakes! They are lush hot off the griddle for breakfast... In fact, Welsh cakes are the only thing I really miss since starting SW!
