Oh no, Dolly Rocker!

Have you been doing any increased exercise or anything like that? If so, it could always be water retention from being muscles being worked more than they're used to. Whatever the cause, I'm sure it's just a blip. Just keep being consistent, and you WILL get there. I promise. xx
I'm down 1 lb this week, which is 3 lbs from last week. Ridiculously proud of myself for not having a wobble after last week's gain and thinking, 'Oh, well, I'll never lose this last bit' and going on another binge.
Nervous about next week, as I have a friend visiting from the US. Much harder to plan meals when I have guests, I find. Also, a wedding + staying with the inlaws next Saturday. Next week is basically a minefield!
