Hey everyone,
Been AWOL as been on my holidays in Canada & USA.
Had a fab time but really need to get my eating & drinking back under control.
Going to get back on it Monday properly, just can't get my head into it right now.
You are all doing so well.
We still have 6 months of the year to smash our goals, we can do this!

Another 1.4lb down for me this week. I think I weighed myself every day and I was up and down was 0.8lb heavier yesterday morning!
Anyway happy with my progress so that will keep me going.

I find that is the time I throw in the towel and six months could pass before I get back to it.
I am going to the US myself later in the year for a couple of weeks and I intend to eat as I please so I need to lose it now as there will be damage done

Where in the US did you go, Dolly? (I'm American by birth; have been in the UK 11 years.)
I'm still here, but no losses or gains to report. Still at the same weight. I struggle so much with not going back to emotional eating when anything goes the slightest bit pearshaped, and that plus my good days = maintenance. Frustrating, but at least I'm not gaining.
