Went to the gym and got a programme...


Slimming for my children
I really enjoyed it!
I had set myself to go gym for 3 times this week (between friday and friday) and to loose 3lbs!

I have been twice already and this one i did...

20 mins on treadmill which was 4 mins walk one min run.. 4 mins jog and so on...

Then did 15 mins on a thing like a bike but you use your arms aswell...

Then the cross trainer for 5 mins.

Then did arms back and belly exercises/.

Was there for 90 mins he says my programme will be about 60 mins in total and to come back to him in 4 -6 weeks to change it so my body doesnt adjust!

Really enjoying doing this at the moment and looking forward for my dinner!
