So I thought i'd better start doing some exercise as my weight loss has slowed down, so i went to Zumba class yesterday it was hilarious but fun and didn't even feel like i was doing any exercise. The only test now is that I am 2lbs off the 12 stone mark and thats where I have buggered up every other time I have tried to diet so i need to make sure i keep at it 100%!!!
