Hiya, I've never done sw before and this is my 2nd day of trying ee, everything that I have learnt so far has been from Minimins and from googling. I hope I'm doing everything correct so far, I'm trying to avoid syns in case I go off the rails and there's lots that I don't understand yet , like hexa and hexb but here goes my diary

Day 1 06.07.12
Breakfast
2 egg omelette, onions and cherry tomatoes

Lunch
Linda mccartneys fat free prawns 1/2 a pack
express basmati rice
1/2 yellow pepper, onions, mushrooms, little gem lettuce leaves, soy sauce, spices

snack
1/2 red apple, 1/2 green apple, 1/2 banana, 4 tbsp fat free organic fromage frais,
sweetner

dinner
Lrg jacket potato, mushrooms, onions, garlic, 2 tbsp fat free creme frais, broccolli, mixed veg

Day 2 07.07.12
apple, mandarine, banana, 1/2 grapefruit, 4 tbsp fat free yoghurt, sweetner

lunch
2 poached eggs, mushrooms, onions and cherry tomatoes

snack
2 ryvitta, quark, onion and tomato

dinner
quorn chicken, quorn backon, quark, veg stock, onions, mushrooms, peas, green beans and pasta
