Wow had such a stressful day today at work, and even before work, but I am proud that I still have my determination and kept to my plan all day!
Here it is:
Breakfast: Chopped Banana (F) and Clementine (F) topped with a Raspberry Activia yoghurt (F) and a huge cup of milky tea (HEA)
Lunch: 2 slices Nimble Bread (HEB) with Ham (F) and Colmans Mustard (1 syn) and 25g Sainsburys Bacon Crispies (6 syns)
Dinner: Lettuce (F) Cucumber (F) Radish (F) Celery (F) Salmon (F) and homemade potato salad - Potato (F) and 1 1/2 tbsp light mayo (3 syns) spring onion (F)
