What a difficult long weekend...

I'm exhausted and glad to be home! Went to visit my family (who live 3 hrs away) to stay for a long weekend, got back today. I love to see my mum, dad etc.. but it was a really difficult time for me. My mum kept asking me if I wanted something to eat or drink, wine chocolates.....even though I'd explained about the diet, then my sister had a go at me cos she'd made a curry for me and my hubby....she was put out cos she'd made a fresh sponge and I said I was on my diet!

I was glad to get back home and back to normal!

Bye Bye Huge Bottom!
Aww bless ya, sounded like a fun weekend then? Don't worry too much about what others are saying its hard for some to get their head round the fact you're "not eating" but you're actually giving your body exactly what it needs for the day. They'll get used to it eventually..... mind you I went to my mums to visit today as shes just had a hip op and my sister was getting ready to go out and asked if I would make her a bacon sandwich without thinking!.... Of all the things!!!! I told her she could narners then she remembered lol. Hope you're feeling better now you're home x
well done for staying strong. i try and avoid places going to family and friends houses when on lt as i dont want to explain to every1 about the diet.

keep it up

Well done on getting through your weekend Taylor! Great achievement when there is so much temptation around.

In a weird way it makes me feel all powerful - being able to resist when all others are stuffing their faces. Be proud of your will power.

It's always good to remember that you're doing this for you and no one else. Just smile and politely say, no thanks, I want to be healthy and happy, but thanks for offering :)
